1) Yes, you can create as many additional attached file fields as you like. Select Setup/Tables, select the table you want to add the field to, select the position where you want to add the field and then choose a field type of "Attached file" at the bottom of the screen. 2) There is no limit, but we recommend keeping attached files below 500 M 3) You can create as many knowledgebases as you like 4) Just tell SupportWizard to pop from an email box (select Setup/Email to provide the pop3 mailbox name and password) 5) Yes, any number of customers can login using 1 login id
