We are a start-up company looking to provide wholesale, outsource help desk services that our resellers will resell to their clients. Our service will be transparent to the resellers client via our ACD system. We are looking for a solutions that will allows to: bill by the minute produce summary billing reports by reseller, by reseller client Produce detailed reports by reseller, by reseller client for each call, average call length As I've played with your package a little, it appears to be designed to be driven by the user placing a request and then a technician grabbing it from the list and contacting the user. Our model is that we will take calls. Is there an easy way have a technician both make and then responded to a request, i.e. a "short cut" How customizable is the program? Rather then overwhelm you with more question, lets just start here. Eric |
