First let me say I am taking over the help desk part of the organization within my company and am looking for additional information/questions to be answered: So we have been a customer of Ready Desk since 2005 but, due to our own internal processes we have not had the cycles to even implement the product. We are now ready to implement the product and get the latest product release along with additional features that the product offers. But, want the ability to speak with someone in the "sales" department. The service department I am seeing is not much either since the level of response time is not very adequate either. If someone could assist me in pointing me in the correct direction so that I can use this product that looks to be a very intuitive product in my organization and actual give Ready Desk additional money for the other features; this would be of great help to me. Thank you for your time on this to whom ever may help. FYI: I have also entered a ticket on the customer portal as well; and no response there currently either.
