Our customers cannot login for 3 days now. It seems to be impossible to get support from Readydesk. No phone number, no reaction on our emails. Responding to tickets takes very very long. Emailing does not work. I was hoping this forum had answers. Does anybody know about this problem? Even though nobody is logged in at our customer site, Readydesk still says they are logged in. But that doesn't matter, since customers cannot login at all. Only technicians can. |
