| I am using TrackFree on my corporate network and keep getting error messages about TrackFree not being able to find my internet connection. We have a T1 and have absolutely no problems with internet use in any other programs that require it. Is there something that can be done about this? This is causing us not to be able to submit issues through that little blue and white arrow button on the main menu bar. Also, this lack of being able to find an internet connection is preventing us from properly registering our copy of TrackFree and thus kicking us out periodically. |
